How to Return and Exchange Items
Even though we always try our best to make sure you’re happy with the goods we send you, we know that things can go wrong.
- You can only return items that are brand new and in their original packaging. It’s not possible to return things that have been used or harmed by the buyer.
- Email at mysteria312@gmail.com and ask for a Return Authorization Number. Include any photos or videos that show why you want to return the goods. Once the swap is approved, you’ll be given a RA number and told where to send the thing.
- Please pick a shipping company that offers arrival proof so that you can get your money back. We can’t be responsible for items that get lost in transit.
- As soon as we receive your package and check the items you are returning, we will promptly issue a full refund to the method of payment you originally used. They will send you a confirmation email to the email address you used for the first purchase.
CANCELLATIONS OR DELAYS IN REFUNDS
Please be aware that as soon as your refund request is approved and handled, we send the money back to you right away. You should check your bank account again if you haven’t seen the money yet. Then you should call your credit card company to ask for a refund. It may take them a while to do this. Now is the time to call your bank. There’s a chance that your return won’t show up in your account right away. It could be up to 30 days before a credit card company checks to see if a return has been put on a certain card. For those who have done these things and still haven’t gotten their return, please get in touch with us.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will be sent out between 2 and 5 business days. Send an email to mysteria312@gmail.com if your order doesn’t show up by the due date.
This promise won’t cover mistakes made by the customer when the order is processed or when shipping fails.
Please give me a tracking number.
As soon as there is information on tracking, all tracking numbers will be sent to the customer.
Can I change the wrong shipping information I gave you?
Please email us as soon as possible if this happens; we might be able to help you. We’re sorry, but we can’t promise when your package will arrive. However, all orders are handled quickly and are usually sent out the same or next work day. We can’t stop your package once it’s been processed.
We will not be responsible if you gave us a shipping address that is not correct or complete. Orders are handled automatically and exactly the way you told it to be.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
You can’t cancel an order that has already been completed or sent out. We have to charge a 15% withdrawal fee if you stop your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or sent. This is so we can cover the costs of restocking and the fees credit card companies charge us for returns.

If the most common reason people give for returning things to Key Surfers is that they no longer want them, we can’t keep offering such great deals. Before making an order, the customer should really think about whether they want the goods for themselves.
